Lori Mayer

Lori I. Mayer is a partner at Nagel Rice LLP concentrating on corporate, finance, and business transactional matters. Her practice includes stock and asset acquisitions for both buyers and sellers, business start-ups, secured and unsecured financing transactions, trade contracts, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, governance issues, and trademark matters. She has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on landlord-tenant issues and authored articles published in New Jersey Lawyer magazine. Mayer serves as Co-Chair of the Family and Small Business Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and with honors from Cornell University.
