Diane Sammons

Diane E. Sammons is a partner at Nagel Rice LLP who joined the firm in 1990. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor in Manhattan before transitioning to complex tort litigation, including DES, tobacco, and fetal-alcohol syndrome cases. Her practice has expanded to include international human rights litigation, reparations claims related to slavery and apartheid, and class actions involving multinational corporations. Sammons is admitted in both New York and New Jersey and has litigated in federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. She was named to Super Lawyers in 2010.
