About Greg Kohn

Greg M. Kohn is a partner at Nagel Rice LLP specializing in complex civil litigation including professional malpractice, personal injury, class actions, wrongful death, products liability, and commercial litigation. He has tried many jury trials to verdict and has recovered over $120 million in settlements and verdicts. His background in computer science from Colgate University complements his role as the firm's e-discovery manager, and he is a member of the Sedona Conference, co-authoring the Sedona Conference Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34 Primer. Notable results include a $44 million jury verdict and settlement in a construction accident case involving a paralyzed 21-year-old (the highest verdict in New Jersey at the time), a $19 million nationwide class action against Payless Rental Cars, a $14.2 million jury verdict after a five-week trial for a telecom company CEO, and a $7.15 million recovery in a wrongful birth medical malpractice case. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2022 to 2025 and was previously named to the Rising Stars list from 2012 to 2020.
