Nina Santacesaria

Nina C. Santacesaria is an associate at Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman. She earned her B.A. in Sociology cum laude from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she competed as a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, where she prosecuted cases involving domestic violence, firearms, narcotics, property crimes, and violent offenses, developing substantial courtroom advocacy and trial experience. She is admitted to the State Bar of Maryland. Santacesaria concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation involving serious injuries and significant losses.
