Julia Slater

Julia S. Slater is an associate at Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman, which she joined in September 2020. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University in 2016 and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2019, where she participated in the Trial Advocacy Program, served as a mediator in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, and was a member of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a personal injury law firm in Manhattan. She is admitted in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, New York Bar Association, New York City Bar, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. Slater focuses her practice on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice.
