Cristina De Castro

Cristina De Castro received her B.S. magna cum laude in political science and economics from Florida State University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as a Senior Writing Editor on the Business Law Review. Before joining Podhurst Orseck, she worked at Downs Law Group on complex litigation arising from the BP Oil Spill, including class action and MDL proceedings, drafting motions and assisting in all phases of discovery. She also previously interned with the Florida Senate. Cristina is admitted to the Florida Bar and has passed the New York Bar Exam (pending admission). She is fluent in English and Spanish.
