Zachary Gorwitz

Zachary S. Gorwitz litigates complex disputes in courts across the country in practice areas including commercial litigation, aviation, wrongful death and personal injury, business disputes, and class actions. He holds a J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Florence Allen Scholar, a Lederman Fellow in Law and Economics, and Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review. After law school, Zach clerked for the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Federico A. Moreno of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar. Zach is active in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the United Way Young Professionals Committee, Legal Services of Greater Miami, and various executive committees of the American Association for Justice. He received the 2026 Florida Legal Awards 'On the Rise' award.
