David Sacks

David J. Sacks II is a trial lawyer at Sorrels Law who has helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for victims of catastrophic 18-wheeler crashes and workplace injuries. A native of Houston inspired by his father to pursue a legal career, he graduated from Memorial High School before attending Arizona State University, where he earned his degree in Business Communications from the W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating magna cum laude.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University's Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California, where he completed a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and focused on personal injury litigation, dispute resolution, construction defect litigation, and emerging legal issues involving blockchain technology. After graduation he returned to Houston to be closer to family, passed the Texas Bar, and is admitted to practice in Texas and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is passionate about standing up for people who are in pain and often at one of the lowest points in their lives, and helping them rebuild.
