Tristan Crowder

Tristan Crowder is a trial lawyer at Sorrels Law who represents people who have been seriously injured or killed by reckless and negligent conduct. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, automobile and 18-wheeler collisions, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death claims. He began his career at a prominent Houston defense firm representing corporate defendants in catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, winning his first jury trial just five months into practice, before leaving defense work to represent injured individuals.

He now draws on his experience counseling decision-makers inside corporations and insurance companies in every case he handles. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he trained in the school's Practice Court program, competed on mock trial teams in the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge and the National Civil Trial Competition, was a member of the Order of the Barristers, and served in the Trial Advocacy Clinic providing free legal services to local veterans. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University and is admitted in Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
