Daedrea Fenwick

Daedrea D. Fenwick is an experienced civil litigator and partner at Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, focusing on general liability and premises liability cases throughout Georgia in both state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced civil defense litigation at mid-sized firms, and she uses that defense-side knowledge to help her clients win. She earned her J.D. from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, where she was an award-winning mock trial competitor, a member of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, and served as a judicial extern to U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore in the Southern District of Texas.

She earned her B.B.A. in International Business from Clark Atlanta University and also studied International Law and Policy at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. She has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and received the American Bar Association's On the Rise award as one of the Top 40 Young Lawyers. She is a member of the Gate City Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
