Justin Miller

Justin D. Miller is a partner at Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys. He focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and civil rights. Justin graduated from Morehouse College and St. John's University School of Law. To date, he has fought and recovered millions of dollars for his clients and has litigated and won several jury trials throughout Georgia.

In 2019, he led the trial team that won a $10 million verdict against an apartment complex for negligent security. He was also counsel for the family of George Floyd and was instrumental in helping secure a record $27 million settlement against the City of Minneapolis. He is additionally counsel for the family of Rayshard Brooks and was a member of the legal team representing the family of Ahmaud Arbery. Justin is a longtime member of the Gate City Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Bar Association, the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
