Nathan Hofman

Nathan Hofman is an Associate Trial Attorney at Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, representing clients who are victims of negligence and civil rights violations. He handles tractor-trailer accidents, sexual assaults, shootings, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury actions. Before joining the firm, Nathan worked as a defense attorney representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies, experience that gives him unique insight into how to best position cases and avoid defense-side pitfalls in litigation. He was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and completed his law degree at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduating with honors.

While in law school, he was an intern at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. John's University. Nathan is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Gate City Bar Association.
