About Michael Roth

Michael Roth is an Associate Trial Attorney at Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, representing victims of civil rights violations, sexual assaults, tractor-trailer accidents, auto accidents, premises liability, shootings, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for a judge in the Superior Court of Fulton County and worked at a plaintiff's firm representing individuals injured in auto accidents and premises liability cases. He has helped obtain millions of dollars in recovery through settlements and trials since joining the bar in 2016.

He was born and raised in Atlanta, received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2012, and earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016. In law school, he held clerkships at two criminal defense firms, the Cobb County District Attorney's Office, and a plaintiff's firm handling tractor-trailer and premises liability cases. He was selected to the 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of Georgia attorneys, and participated in the Georgia Trial Lawyers' competitive LEAD leadership program.
