Kelly Ganci

Kelly L. Ganci is an Associate Attorney at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger (Walkup Personal Injury Lawyers) in San Francisco. She concentrates her practice on representing sexual abuse victims in educational settings, defective product cases, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. As part of the firm's mass torts practice, she has been instrumental in toxic exposure litigation, including the first California lawsuit claiming corporations involved in the manufacturing and distribution of Paraquat are responsible for the development of Parkinson's disease.

Ganci earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Writing from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017, and her Juris Doctor with honors from UC Law San Francisco in 2020. During law school, she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal, was a Teacher's Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society.

Ganci serves as an Adjunct Professor at UC Law San Francisco, teaching legal research and writing. She is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
