Bruce Moon

Bruce Moon is a Texas trial lawyer who graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Southern Methodist University in 1981 and earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1984. He has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict. Long a defense attorney, he joined Witherite Law Group to represent injured plaintiffs.

He is Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and holds an ABOTA Advocate-level membership. He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and named a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters from 2003 to present. He has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 1982 and received the Tom Slone Lifetime Achievement Award from BBBS in 2009.
