About Brandon Carr

Brandon Carr is the Managing Litigation Attorney at Arash Law, where he oversees case strategy and trial preparation for personal injury claims across California. He represents clients against insurance companies and corporations and joined the firm in 2022.

Before joining Arash Law, Carr served as Managing Attorney and Director of Litigation at another personal injury firm in Southern California. He also worked as a Certified Law Clerk at the San Bernardino District Attorney's Office.

Carr earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Iowa State University and his Juris Doctor from Regent University Law School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he studied trial advocacy. In law school, he was elected Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board, served as Senior Editor on the Law Review, was recognized for written argument at the National Pretrial Competition, and participated in the ABA Labor and Employment Competition and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

He is admitted to the California State Bar.
