About Ethan Horn

Ethan Horn is National Trial Counsel at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP and dedicates his entire practice to litigation in toxic torts and mesothelioma. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1992 and his law degree from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles in 1997. Horn has tried numerous asbestos and mesothelioma cases to verdict with several multi-million dollar awards.

In 1999 he secured what was then the nation's largest asbestos award, also recognized as the 50th largest jury verdict in the United States, on behalf of a former U.S. Navy machinist mate exposed to asbestos through manufacturer negligence. He was also lead trial counsel in Wagner v. Eaton Corp. in Washoe County, Nevada in 2021, which produced the largest asbestos-related personal injury verdict in Nevada history. Horn is admitted in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
