Krissi Gore

Krissi Gore is Senior Counsel at Wagstaff Law Firm, where she concentrates on mass torts and leads the firm's Settlement Department. She has devoted her practice to remedying corporate wrongdoing. Before joining the firm in 2022, she spent most of her career at Chitwood Harley Harnes LLP, a boutique complex litigation firm in Atlanta, where she litigated securities fraud class actions against some of the country's largest companies for two decades.

She later co-founded Kaplan Gore LLP with former Chitwood partners, focusing on mass tort litigation involving dangerous and defective medical devices, drugs, and other products. A native of Atlanta and a Ukrainian-American with a deep commitment to Ukrainian causes, she received her B.A. cum laude with a double major from Wellesley College in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1999. She is not licensed in Colorado.
