Liam Balistreri

Liam Balistreri is an Associate Attorney at Wagstaff Law Firm. He began his legal career with a Texas state agency, advising the agency on employment law and ethics. Born at Fort Irwin, California, he grew up in a military family and moved to Texas by age six, later graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in history and a minor in philosophy.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center while working at multiple law firms, including firms specializing in Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability benefits, personal injury, and labor disputes. During law school he also participated in the Law Center's Military Justice Clinic, helping imprisoned veterans with habeas corpus petitions and securing disability benefits for veterans. He is passionate about helping others and enjoys the outdoors, attending concerts, and spending time with loved ones.
