Tara Doyle

Tara Doyle is an Associate Attorney at Wagstaff Law Firm and a dedicated advocate for victims of sexual assault. Before joining the firm she served as a prosecutor in a Denver-metro district attorney's office, where she gained extensive trial experience and found her calling in the Child Victim Unit prosecuting sexual assault crimes against children. There she practiced vertical prosecution, assisting investigations before formal arrests, supporting them after charges were filed, and handling all pre-trial motions, plea negotiations, and trials herself.

Originally from Massachusetts, she studied neuroscience with a minor in critical approaches to leadership at the University of Southern California, where she worked in research labs and was part of the USC ski and snowboard team. She earned her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, chosen for its emphasis on experiential learning, where she spent a year as a student attorney in the school's practicum, clerked for judges and civil attorneys, and interned in the Denver DA's Cold Case and Human Trafficking Unit. She lives in Colorado with her husband, two sons, and dog.
