Ka'Leya Hardin

Ka'Leya Q. Hardin is a Partner at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP who focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect litigation and corporate accountability. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Pre-Law summa cum laude from Tougaloo College in 2006, her Master's degree in Criminal Justice summa cum laude from Wichita State University in 2008, and her law degree cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2011. Hardin began her legal career representing clients in nursing home abuse and neglect cases in Mississippi and West Virginia before transitioning to corporate litigation in 2017. She is admitted in Mississippi and West Virginia, and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Raised in rural Mississippi, she is motivated by a commitment to advocating for individuals against large institutions and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
