Michael Wozniak

Michael Wozniak is an attorney at Lyons & Simmons who represents plaintiffs in complex catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful death cases and commercial vehicle accidents. He was a member of the trial team that won the $109.5 million Rymers v. CPS Energy gas explosion verdict in 2025. Before joining the firm, he completed a judicial clerkship with U.S. District Court Judge Renee Harris Toliver in the Northern District of Texas. Wozniak earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2022, where he was associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society, and a B.A. in English literature magna cum laude from Wilkes University in 2018.

He is admitted to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania.
