Andrew Marth

Andrew Marth is a trial lawyer who litigates complex cases arising from medical malpractice, legal malpractice, chiropractic malpractice, aviation accidents, trucking accidents, amusement ride accidents, wrongful use of civil proceedings, Title IX gender discrimination, abuse of process, defamation, and false light. He received his law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the trial team that obtained an $11 million verdict in Bucks County for a woman who suffered a tear during childbirth that left her with urinary and fecal incontinence. Within three months of receiving his law license he assisted Jim Beasley Jr. in settling a wrongful death suit involving a man who died from improper monitoring under anesthesia.

And assisted Beasley and Dion Rassias in settling a catastrophic aviation accident case involving the failure to obtain proper preflight weather briefings. He and Beasley later obtained a significant seven figure settlement at trial for a young man whose condition was worsened by an emergency department's delay. With Lane R. Jubb Jr. he secured a $15 million jury verdict in a sex discrimination claim for an orthopedic surgeon, and his cross-examination of the Title IX coordinator was featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
