Louis Tumolo

Louis F. Tumolo has spent his career representing victims, first as a homicide prosecutor and now as a plaintiff's attorney whose practice centers on the catastrophically injured. His cases often involve permanent injuries such as brain injury, paralysis, or cerebral palsy that require ongoing and costly medical care. He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2019 through 2025, a designation given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys under 40. Before joining The Beasley Firm in 2018 he served in the Homicide Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he handled high profile murder cases including the killing of a uniformed police officer and a fatal stabbing in Rittenhouse Square.

At the firm he secured a multimillion dollar settlement for a child who suffered a severe hypoxic brain injury at birth, reached after several days of trial, and another multimillion dollar settlement for a child with cerebral palsy caused by negligent labor and delivery management, a case in which he exposed a fraudulent entry in the medical record. In 2023 a jury awarded his client $3.5 million after a near fatal heart attack caused by a primary care physician's negligence. He serves on the board of Programs Employing People.
