About TerriAnne Benedetto

TerriAnne Benedetto joined The Beasley Firm in 2024 as an appellate attorney. She has more than 30 years of experience in complex litigation, much of it representing injured individuals, deceived consumers, and union funds that overpaid for members' healthcare and prescription drugs. Her class action work spans federal courts nationwide and several multidistrict litigations, including the NFL concussion litigation, where she contributed to settlement negotiations and appellate briefing that produced an uncapped fund valued at over $1 billion.

The Ranbaxy generic drug antitrust MDL, which settled for $485 million on the eve of trial; the Volkswagen clean diesel MDL, which produced more than $15 billion in consumer settlements; and the McKinsey opioid consultant MDL, which secured $78 million for union funds. She has also represented whistleblowers under the False Claims Act, including a case that recovered $54 million for federal and state governments. At the firm she prepares appellate briefs and argues medical malpractice appeals, and she secured new trials in Kline v. Phoenixville Hospital and Hagelauer v. Main Line Emergency Medical Associates.
