About Lane Jubb Jr.

Lane R. Jubb Jr. joined The Beasley Firm in April 2015 and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2017. He focuses on medical malpractice, catastrophic aviation accidents, defamation, and wrongful use of civil proceedings claims under the Dragonetti Act. At age 29 he became the youngest attorney in the country to win a multimillion dollar medical malpractice verdict as lead counsel, in the Lambert case. Less than a year later he obtained a $20 million verdict in Chester County against The Laser Spine Institute for the wrongful death of an Ohio woman who died after outpatient spinal surgery.

In December 2023 he won a $15 million verdict for an orthopedic surgeon in a sex discrimination case arising from a biased Title IX investigation. He has tried more than twenty cases to verdict in twelve different venues, with more than $50 million in jury awards along with numerous confidential seven figure settlements. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Centre County Bar Association as its Young Lawyers Division representative and was recently admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates.
