Jessica M. Dean is a Partner at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP and has been representing clients harmed by asbestos and occupational disease since 2003. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science magna cum laude from Boston University in 1999 and her law degree cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003. Dean concentrates her practice on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation, occupational disease claims, toxic torts, nursing home and hospital negligence, unpaid wage claims, cosmetic talc cases, and military injury cases involving failure to warn.
