Adam Finkel

Adam Finkel is a partner at The Haggard Law Firm representing people catastrophically injured by corporate negligence and families who have lost loved ones. He has secured over 100 million dollars in settlements for his clients. A New York native, he spent six years as a prosecutor with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, serving in the Gang Unit and as lead prosecuting attorney in the county's Gun Violence Unit, then practiced maritime and admiralty defense at Mase, Mebane and Briggs before joining the firm in 2019 and becoming a partner in 2024. His results include a 25 million dollar settlement for the two daughters of Dimithry Remarais, a young father shot and killed in his apartment complex parking lot, a 12 million dollar settlement for a father shot in the valet area of Miami Beach's Prime 112 restaurant, and an 11 million dollar settlement for a 9-year-old boy who fell from a seventh story window in North Miami.
