Robert Dickman Jr.

Robert J. Dickman Jr. is widely recognized as one of Florida's most experienced medical malpractice attorneys and serves as of counsel to The Haggard Law Firm. Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Pepperdine University before returning home for his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. As founder of Robert J. Dickman P.A. in Coral Gables, he has handled some of the most complex medical malpractice cases in Florida, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including more than 85 cases with awards exceeding 1 million dollars each. His practice concentrates on hospital negligence, obstetrical and birth injury cases, and catastrophic medical injuries requiring lifelong care, and he has represented clients in Georgia, Virginia, New York, and other states.
