Allie Hallmark

Allie J. Hallmark is a partner at Hamilton Wingo with nearly 15 years of litigation experience representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including negligent construction, dangerous premises, inadequate security, commercial vehicle accidents, and negligent hiring, training, and supervision claims. She began her career in Philadelphia handling construction and employment litigation before relocating to Dallas, where she has represented individuals in matters that also included discrimination claims based on race, national origin, and religion. She has handled every stage of litigation, from discovery through settlement, trial, and appeal, in state and federal courts nationwide.

In 2022 she served on the Hamilton Wingo trial team that obtained the $7.37 billion jury verdict in Dallas in Goff v. Charter Communications, the largest verdict in the United States that year, and she has since recovered seven and eight-figure settlements for numerous clients. Her honors include D Magazine's Best Lawyers Under 40 (2025), Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2024), Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2016 to 2019), the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers (2026), and a national championship in the National Moot Court Competition in 2012. She earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012 on a full Regents Scholarship and a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of North Texas.
