Barrett Robin

Barrett Robin is a partner at Hamilton Wingo who handles severe personal injury cases and significant business litigation, including 18-wheeler crashes, motor vehicle accidents, dangerous working conditions, and fraud. Before joining the firm he practiced commercial litigation at major international law firms, representing large corporations in the oil and gas, private equity, and insurance sectors, experience he now uses on behalf of injured plaintiffs. In 2024 he led a trial team to a multimillion-dollar unanimous verdict against Walmart for a customer who broke her hip in a store parking lot, a result ranked among the Top 50 jury verdicts in Texas that year.

In 2022 he helped secure the largest uninsured motorist verdict in Texas for the year, which also ranked among the Top 100 trucking accident verdicts nationally, and he obtained an $807,292 arbitration award for a married couple whose retirement savings were mismanaged by an investment adviser. His recognitions include Super Lawyers, D Magazine's Best Lawyers Under 40, Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars, Lawdragon recognition in 2026, and fellowship in the Texas Bar Foundation.
