Jordan Avery Garrett

Jordan Avery Garrett is an associate at Hamilton Wingo who represents personal injury clients in automobile crashes, 18-wheeler accidents, construction site injuries, and insurance disputes in state and federal courts across North Texas. She began her career as defense counsel representing businesses and insurance companies before moving to the plaintiff's side, and she uses that experience to identify the mistakes corporations and insurers often make in injury litigation. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch since 2026 and was selected to Super Lawyers in 2026. Garrett coaches mock trial at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and is a member of the JL Turner Legal Association, the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and a B.A. from Texas Tech University.
