Phillip Ragler

Phillip R.S. Ragler is a partner at Hamilton Wingo who represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Before joining the firm he served for more than nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney, where he managed a portfolio of over 600 civil cases, giving him deep experience litigating tort claims including wrongful death, medical malpractice, transportation injury, and premises liability matters. Earlier in his career he clerked for Judge Martin Hoffman in Dallas. Ragler is admitted in Texas and in federal district courts in both Texas and Florida. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.
