About Paul Wingo
Paul Wingo is a co-founder and owner of Hamilton Wingo in Dallas. A fourth-generation Texan with more than a decade of personal injury experience, he has successfully resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in claims and serves as the firm's rapid-response leader, working directly with families in the immediate aftermath of catastrophic injuries and deaths. He was part of the Hamilton Wingo trial team in the 2022 Goff v. Charter Communications case that produced a combined $7.375 billion Dallas jury verdict. Wingo is known for using photography and videography to present his clients' stories in court.
Before entering private practice he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court, and in law school he was an editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.
