Brad Jackson

Brad Jackson is a partner at Hamilton Wingo with 35 years of litigation experience handling complex cases in North Texas and nationwide. He is known for identifying the most critical issues in his clients' cases and using that insight to prevail in both out-of-court settlements and jury trials. Jackson was a member of the Hamilton Wingo trial team that secured the $7.37 billion jury verdict in Dallas in 2022, the largest verdict in the United States that year and the fourth largest personal injury award against a corporation in national history.

He has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2005 and AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1995. His recognitions include The Best Lawyers in America (2015 to present), Texas Super Lawyers (2004 to present), D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas (2011 to present), induction into the Best Lawyers in Dallas Hall of Fame in 2025, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum since 2009, and selection as a Texas Bar Foundation Life Fellow in 2025. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
