About Gina Mills

Gina Mills is a partner at Hamilton Wingo with years of experience in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases across Texas. She represents clients in transportation injury matters involving commercial trucks, construction and workplace claims, and product liability cases, and handles every stage of litigation. Her background includes experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, which gives her insight into how the other side approaches high-stakes injury cases. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch since 2025, a designation reserved for a small fraction of eligible attorneys early in their careers. Mills earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Frederick C. Moss Outstanding Advocate Award, and a B.A. summa cum laude from Indiana University Bloomington.
