Bethany Dow

Bethany Dow is a partner at Hamilton Wingo who focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile and 18-wheeler crashes, catastrophic trucking accidents, dangerous premises and construction sites, and dram shop liability. Before joining the firm she worked as a defense attorney representing insurance companies, trucking firms, and businesses in high-stakes litigation, and she now applies that inside knowledge of defense strategy on behalf of injured plaintiffs. She is licensed to practice in Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Dow earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she also received a Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and a B.B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin.
