Mike Kaeske

Mike Kaeske is a partner at Hamilton Wingo with roughly three decades of experience representing victims of corporate negligence in complex personal injury, product liability, construction defect, and business litigation. As lead counsel he has secured more than $2 billion in combined verdicts and settlements. His results include a $473 million industrial accident verdict that ranked as the seventh largest verdict in the United States that year

• a $280 million construction defect verdict that was the fourth largest in Texas
• an $80 million construction defect settlement
• a $75 million industrial accident verdict
• a $51 million industrial accident verdict
• a $50 million wrongful death settlement in a corporate negligence case
• a $39 million verdict in a breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and fraud case
• and a $36 million verdict in a catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matter

Public Justice named him Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2020, and he was a finalist for the same award in 1999 and 2019. Kaeske earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. summa cum laude from Syracuse University.
