About Delma Gorostieta

Delma Gorostieta is an associate at Hamilton Wingo who handles serious personal injury lawsuits, wrongful death claims, and courtroom cases across North Texas. In her first year out of law school she helped achieve one of the Top 100 verdicts in Texas, and while completing her law degree and working full time she managed more than 175 active cases. Born in Mexico and raised in Dallas from childhood, she is a first-generation college graduate and is fluent in Spanish, which she uses to guide clients who are new to the litigation process.

She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2027) and Super Lawyers (2026). Outside the firm she is a member of the League of United Latin American Citizens, serves on the LULAC National Women's Commission, and sits on the SER National Board of Directors. Gorostieta earned her J.D. cum laude from the UNT Dallas College of Law and a B.S. magna cum laude from Texas A&M University.
